Before and Afters of a past Commercial Painting project.
We started the preparations by completely removing all loose material (pressure wash building). Once the peeling paint was removed the edges of the existing paint was sealed before primer coat was applied.
Upon further inspection, there were imperfections found. Additional metal trim was installed over areas of concern and finished out with primer before painting.
Along the way to completion, additional services were requested. As the project progressed the original color of the doors required a paint upgrade as well. Once the imperfections were repaired the windows and doors were primed and painted to finish.
After the completion of this building, the client requested that the storage container (sea can) be painted to match the main building.
Before and Afters of Aggregate / Concrete Sealing.
We met with the clients to view the property and discuss their paint upgrade options with their interior designer (this took place before the new owners possession date).
Once in the home and starting upgrades additional imperfections were found and brought to the client’s attention.
Upon discussing these newly found imperfections, after discussing with the client we put our plan into action. From mudding and taping the imperfections quickly disappeared.
Removal of Faux Wood paneling and many more mirrors (glued to the walls). Repairs were made, and primer and paint out to finish.
ALL room and closet doors were removed, repaired, and painted before being reinstalled.
All ceilings, walls, baseboards, and trim were painted throughout the home. Over the areas where the flooring was being upgraded the baseboards and trim were removed completely, painted, and reinstalled. After installation nail holes were repaired then a second coat of paint was applied.
After the removal of mirrors and coat racks (both glued and screwed into the walls and cabinets). We repaired the imperfections, prepped the areas of concern then painted or stained (color match to existing cabinetry). After completing the staining, we then added a protective clear coat to the newly stained areas.
This client connected with us at iPaint by Vic. They had an idea of what they wanted but did not know how/where to start.
We met with the client one evening (at their convenience) and chose new colors and made a plan.
The job originally started out as a paint upgrade (2 colors – main color with feature wall to accent). This is where the project took a turn. The client wanted to add shiplap along a single wall. Upon further discussion, we added a finishing touch to the shiplap by extending it to a natural break (corner of the room).
We removed the existing baseboards and installed the new shiplap and trim. Completed the project with primer and paint to finish.
