  • Paint preparation which includes:

    • Fill and sand all imperfections in walls, baseboards, trim and doors.
    • Wipe/wash walls to be painted. Sweep/vacuum working areas.
    • Mask off areas, (trim, baseboards or areas of different colours).
    • Lay down drop cloths in working areas, cover furniture with drop cloths/protective plastic.
    • Primer over repaired areas on walls, trim and doors.
  • Walls, baseboards, closets, trim and doors to be painted with 2 coats of Premium paint to give an even professional finish.
  • Clean up working area, sweep/vacuum, and dispose of all waste.

TOTAL HOME PACKAGE

  • Everything in ‘Executive Package’
  • Repair all drywall imperfections on ceiling.
  • Single coat of primer on ceiling, walls, baseboards, trim and doors.
  • Paint 2 coats of Premium paint on ceiling, walls, baseboards, trim and doors to give an even professional look.

HOME OWNERS PACKAGE

  • Repair minor drywall damage to walls.
  • Wash walls, baseboards, trim and doors sweep/vacuum working area.
  • Mask off areas, (trim, baseboards and areas of different colours).
  • Lay down drop cloths in working areas, cover furniture with drop cloths or protective plastic.
  • Primer over areas of repair prior to painting.
  • Paint (2 coats) on walls, baseboards, doors and trim.
  • Clean up working area, dispose of all waste and recycle.

CLIENT PACKAGE
